As your managers and HR professionals return to work after the Christmas break, one of their primary objectives will no doubt be to prepare and plan for the year ahead.

Implement LeaveMaster and you will be able to effortlessly plan for 2011 using time-saving features such as the Company Holidays feature.

The Company Holidays feature enables you to quickly and easily create a list of company holidays for 2011, including all public holidays, which all members of staff can view.

When they get back to work, employees will be able to see at-a-glance all public and company holiday dates for the upcoming year. LeaveMaster will also automatically discount those dates when it calculates staff leave balances throughout 2011.

In recent posts, we’ve discussed how easy it is to schedule leave and absence reports created in LeaveMaster and email them to internal and external contacts.

However, as well as scheduling and emailing your reports, you can also export them to a wide variety of formats for further analysis.

After you have generated a leave and absence report, you simply select a format from the Export to the Selected Format drop down menu. You can choose from formats such as Excel, PDF, TIFF, Rich Text Format and CSV. Then you just click on Export and the report will be exported to your chosen format and downloaded to your computer.

In blog posts over the past couple of weeks, we’ve talked about some of the invaluable leave and absence reports you can create using LeaveMaster, including a User Leave Transaction Report, a Leave Summary Report, a Who is Off Report. and The Bradford Factor report.

But did you know you can schedule any report in LeaveMaster so that it is automatically generated and sent to you at designated times?

For example, if you want to keep track of who has been absent in your organisation, you can arrange to have Who is off Today reports emailed to you on a daily or a weekly basis.

Or if you want to keep track of your employees’ latest Bradford Factor scores, you can arrange to receive regular Bradford Factor reports.

You can choose to receive scheduled reports every day, every week, at the beginning or end of every month or once a year, and you can have the reports sent to you in both PDF and Excel formats.

But why not contact us and we will show how easy it is to schedule any leave and absence report using LeaveMaster.

In recent posts, we’ve discussed how you can use LeaveMaster to generate a User Leave Transaction Report, a Leave Summary Report and a Who is Off Report.

In today’s blog, we’d like to discuss another report that you can generate: The Bradford Factor report.

The Bradford Factor is a unique formula that helps you tackle the costly problem of employee absenteeism. By giving each of your employees a rating based on the number and length of their absences, it allows you to see which of your employees are hurting your business through little and often absences.

Using LeaveMaster, you can quickly and easily generate a report that shows you the up-to-the-minute Bradford Factor scores for all employees in your organisation. You can see the latest scores for all employees in a specific department, or generate a report that shows you the up-to-date score for every member of staff.

You can then warn staff who are about to exceed their Bradford Factor limit or take action against those whose score is above an agreed level.

In recent blogs, we’ve revealed how you can use LeaveMaster to generate a wide range of leave and absence reports,  including a User Leave Transaction Report and a Leave Summary Report.

One of the most invaluable reports that you can generate using LeaveMaster is the Who is Off Report. This shows you who was absent in your organisation during a specified time period.

You can use the Who is Off Report to see if an employee was absent on a particular day or during a specified time period. You can also see who was absent in a particular department, or from your organisation as a whole, over a selected time period, which can be anything from a day to a year.

In a post last week, we discussed how you can generate a User Leave Transaction Report in LeaveMaster that displays up-to-date leave and absence information for individual employees in your organisation.

However, you can just as easily generate a report that gives you an instant overview of all leave and absence in a particular team or department.

Using the Leave Summary Report feature in LeaveMaster, you can create a report that shows you at-a-glance the leave and absence records for all members of a specified team or department within your organisation

You can specify which year you would like to view departmental leave and absence records for, and you can then email the report to colleagues or export it for further analysis.

Using LeaveMaster, you can generate, email, export and schedule a wide range of leave and absence reports for selected employees, specific departments or for the whole of your organisation.

One of the most invaluable reports that you can generate is the User Leave Transaction Report, which displays up-to-date leave and absence information for individual employees.

The report takes only seconds to create and shows you at-a-glance how many days’ leave a selected employee has taken for each leave type, either throughout the year or during a specified time period.

You can also see how much of their annual allowance the employee still has left to take for each leave type offered by your organisation.
